Day 1: o. m. g. .

today is the first day of dieting. .
why i want to diet??
well..
 in my family,although im only about 55 kg, im already considered a FATSO. .
omo, a FATSO. .( sigh)
so ,with a strong desire after watched how cool Zulfadli is (do i spell his name right?), 
i decided to try Atkins diet, hope it works. .
so this blog will help me keep track in dieting. .then:)

Day 1

Breakfast:- 3 glass of warm water ( seriously i want to puke. .)
                   -2 sausages
                   -half an egg
                   -1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. .

Lunch :-     -just a piece of chicken . and some water

why u should work hard on diet?? i think u have balance weight n height right now...no need to change la...i like the way u are my dear :)
